The Filecoin Data Portal is a fully open and local friendly data platform that unifies Filecoin data from diverse sources (on-chain and off-chain). It is an instance of Datadex.

All of these datasets are free to use. They are available to the anyone at no cost without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied. By using these datasets, you agree that you do so at your own risk.

Are there any restrictions on how these datasets can be used?

All of these datasets can be used without restriction. They are released under a CC0 license into the public domain.

Who is using these datasets?

Datasets produced by the Filecoin Data Portal are used by a wide range of organizations and individuals. Some of the use cases include:

• Reppo is creating Storage Provider’s Reputation models
• FIDL is embedding some of the data in Allocators Compilance reports.
• I created two data applications to surface core datasets by creating charts and showcasing what is possible with the data.

How does the data get updated?

The data is updated on a daily basis via GitHub Actions. You can see every run and their logs on the repository.

How can I get the data?

The data is available in multitude of formats. Go to the datasets page and select the one that suits your needs! If that’s not enough, open an issue and we’ll help you out!
